Mission and brand films
The film that answers who you are and why the organization exists, for members, sponsors, and anyone deciding whether to get involved. It becomes the piece you open with for years.
Conferences and member organizations
Most of it disappears when the room empties. EDU-Films captures the people, the recognition, and the reason they came, then turns it into something your organization uses all year and the next time you are selling seats.
Your tech team is already cutting keynotes into clips, and that coverage is useful. This is different work. We build a story out of the event so the people who were there recognize themselves in it, and the people who were not decide they are coming next year.
There is nothing like showing a film to a full auditorium and watching the reaction move through it. That moment is the deliverable. Everything else is what you get to keep.
A single day on site produces enough content to sprinkle across your LinkedIn, Instagram, X, newsletters, and email list. Video isn't a one-time post. It's a long-term communication asset.
We work with public school districts across Long Island and New York State, from East Williston to Southampton. We understand superintendents, boards, and the people who serve them, because they are who we make films for.
This is the ASSET Conference on Long Island, where we have been the film partner for two years. Four pieces, four jobs, one event. Click through to see each one.

A promo that runs in the weeks before, so registration is not the first time someone thinks about attending. It shows the energy of last year instead of listing this year's agenda.

The principal award film, played in the room. Honoring someone properly in front of their peers is the most valuable ten minutes of most conferences, and it is the part people still talk about in the parking lot.

An on-site video station where educators and vendors sit down and answer one real question about the work they are doing. They leave feeling part of something, and you leave with dozens of authentic clips in a single day.

Short-form cuts for social, email, and sponsor reporting. The event keeps earning attention long after everyone has driven home, and you are not starting from nothing when planning begins again.
Each one starts the same way. We work out who needs to hear the message and what they should feel after, then we build the film around real voices instead of a script. The rest is craft.
The film that answers who you are and why the organization exists, for members, sponsors, and anyone deciding whether to get involved. It becomes the piece you open with for years.
Full coverage of the night itself, built to give you a highlight film, social content, and promotional assets you can keep using long after the room empties.
When someone is stepping away after years of service, the strongest version is not a slideshow. It is the people they worked with, on camera, saying what that person actually meant. We can build it from interviews we shoot, from footage you already have, or both.
What you're putting out is tremendous. It's a community mobilizer, a community connector, getting everybody excited about being part of something bigger than themselves.
My only note: please stop making videos that make me cry at work. Truly, it was perfect.
It definitely met the targets. And it's something we're going to continue to use, it's not like a one and done.
You're highlighting the good work we have going on, and we can't thank you enough.
EDU-Films helps schools, education organizations, and education-adjacent businesses connect with their audience through story-driven videos.
Our background is live events, which is why we move quickly and do not slow a room down. The work itself is story first. We clarify the message and the audience before anyone picks up a camera. Starting with a plan for production and ending with a custom distribution roadmap, you'll realize after speaking with us that we are not a camera operator who shows up.
Real voices matter more than scripted slogans, and the film is only finished when it is doing a job for you.
The next step
A short call. No deck, no pitch. Tell us what is coming up and we will tell you honestly whether there is something here worth building.
If there is, we will walk you through what it would take. If there is not, you will know that in twenty minutes instead of three meetings.
The more you give us here, the more useful the call is. Anything you are unsure of, leave blank.
John will reach out within one business day to find a time. Nothing formal, just a conversation about what you are planning and whether we are the right fit for it.
